The new Voortman V302 is an effective plate cutting machine that now gives smaller workshops access to the renowned cutting technologies and reputable build quality of Voortman, receiving the functionality and performance that you may simply expect for doing your job perfectly.

The Voortman V302 is especially designed for cutting plates with plasma or oxy-fuel in a fast and efficient way. The system is able to process multiple types of material such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum and can be equipped with high and low powered plasma sources to be customized for different kind of applications.

The Voortman V320 is specially designed for plate drilling and plate cutting. It is fitted with a drilling unit and a ten-fold automatic tool changer. Holes of various diameters can be drilled in a very short period of time, without manual intervention. A marking tool can be placed in the tool changer for layout marking. Both plasma cutting and oxy-fuel cutting systems are standard provided on the machine. A HyDefinition plasma torch is standard, and makes the best plasma cuts possible with no or minimal dross. Fumes and dust generated during the production process are extracted by a fume extraction unit. Positioning of the steel plate is done by two rigid gripper trucks, which are servo driven and therefore extremely accurate.

The V200 is specially designed for drilling, thread tapping, counter sinking and center point marking of plates. It consists of a rigid heavy steel C-frame, which ensures perfect stability during the drilling process. A servo driven drilling unit and a drilling table are mounted onto the frame. Two adjustable hydraulic clamps, which move along double linear guides, are installed for plate positioning. The drilling table is fitted with low friction rollers to ease the movement of the plate. A hydraulic clamp is used to keep the plate in place during the drilling process.

The new Voortman V310 plate processing machine means all known advanced technologies of our current range, plus extra additions. Equipped with a drill spindle, the V310 meets diversity and flexibility in processing where cutting, drilling and marking are carried out in one process list.

A heavy steel bridge ensures a higher allowable feed rate and provides extended consumable life with minimal vibration during processing. Holes up to 40mm can be carbide drilled with the additional drill spindle. Our tool changer moves along with the bridge which ensures instant tool changes up to 10 tools with minimum increase of production time.

The Voortman V310 uses the fastest height control in the market which technique has proven itself on the V304 and V302. Combined with the reduced cut-to-cut cycle time of our Instant Cut Technology, you are able to gain a 30% processing time improvement for each product. Because Instant Cut Technology is built into Voortman’s own Vacam control software, it remains productive by letting the software create the optimal production mix between speed and quality.

When processing thick material, the V310 uses a revolutionary oxy-fuel torch. This new torch equips standard GCE nozzles and can be easily exchanged with a bayonet mount for minimum downtime. The ignition and height control systems are integrated with automatic height control during cutting, creating one solid torch that aides the operator’s responsibilities. A built-in pressure gauge indicates the pressure during cutting for easy adjusting.
