Brass single stage vertical pumps with submerged regenerative impeller, ideal for maintaining the working pressure in open circuit systems. Specifically designed for welding and cutting applications, essential in MIG, TIG and PLASMA cooling units, they are used in various sectors, including cooling in superchargers. Operation with clear and clean liquids, s water or oil, without suspended solids or abrasives.
The range in the catalog includes 3 sizes of different capacities (5l, 8l and 10l) with 3 different geometries, united by the filling inlet on the upper side. All models are supplied with plastic screw cap and under-head gasket.
The tanks are made of semi-transparent white ABS, a polymer resistant to chemical agents and inert with respect to the dilutions of water and glycol usually used in cooling units. The thickness of the walls and the targeted design prevent deformation of the product over time and use. The coloring allows you to see at any time the actual level of liquid contained, even if it is free of pigment, then to intervene with a fill up if it decrease below a pre-set minimum level.
SIMACO is also available to supply tanks based on the customer's design, in order to adapt to the requirements of particular dimensions and geometries deriving from the development of new cooling units. We create with our partners blow molds for tanks, which can be made with thicknesses, colors and equipment on request.

Besides the wide range of mechanical seal selection, responding to needs of welding and cutting industry, SIMACO introduces the magnetic driven execution which virtually reduces leakages to zero allowing maintenance-free operation.
Pumps are available with induction alternated current motor (AC) or direct current sensorless Brushless motor (DC).
Accessories such as heat-exchangers, flow switches and tanks complete the KN range.
Our regenerative turbine pumps with brushless motor DC-24V come from the need to install pumps into systems where a DC network is native, where a compact product - if compared with standard IEC-asynchronous motors – with extended lifetime is required.
The electronic control (available with IP54 box and connection cables) is developed for manage only Simaco brushless sensorless motors.
It requires 24VDC supply voltage, with a power ≥250W.
The motor speed is adjustable with dip switch, up to pre-set 4 speeds: 2900-3050-3200-3400 rpm
Our flow-meter FL are constructed in Noryl with the spring in Stainless Steel AISI 302; suitable for pure water with a filtration of at least 50 micron, or with a water + ethylenic anti-freeze mixture.
It is suitable for circuits where the control of flow presence is necessary, as in the UV lamps. Suitable mainly for cooling systems in Tool Machines, plastic Moulds, Welding Machines, Laser, ect.
