Online Register EN 15085
The online register EN 15085 has been developed as a central tool for quality assurance in the certification of welding manufacturers in railway vehicle construction for the national safety authorities, the manufacturer certification bodies, the railway vehicle industry and the railway transport companies.

In the online register EN 15085, all certificates of recognised welding manufacturers are recorded which have been issued by an accredited manufacturer certification body recognised by the ECWRV (European Committee for Welding of Railway Vehicles).
Included are the special extensions according to DIN 27201-6 (maintenance), RIL 826 (superstructure), paragraph 6.8.2.1.23 RID (tanks).
Furthermore, the DB-approved / certified welding consumables have been integrated into the online register rail vehicles.

Online Register EN 1090
Since 01.07.2014 all manufacturers of load-bearing components have to apply the standard DIN EN 1090ff. If you are looking for a manufacturer in this field, the online register EN 1090 is the right place to go. Here you will find all certificates of the participating certification bodies in Germany and abroad.

Instrument of your welding quality assurance
Management of welder qualifications and welder examinations, creation of welding procedure specifications, documentation of production weld tests and welding procedure qualifications as well as person-related qualifications.

The WPS-Manager® helps you to comply with quality requirements according to EN 15085, DIN EN ISO 3834 and EN 1090 and is available as a stand-alone, network and web-based version. The WPS-Manager® is aimed at companies in the field of welding production. The modular structure of the software system allows flexible on-site use adapted to the needs of the respective company.

We offer you the qualification of your personnel in welding, joining and testing technology and assure you training at the highest professional level. Our courses are based on the fundamentals of the guidelines of the German Association for Welding and Allied Processes (DVS) as well as on European and International guidelines (EWF, IIW). After successful completion, you will receive certificates according to ISO 9606, DIN EN ISO 9712 or DGRL 2014/68/EU, among others.
