They are available as stick electrodes and cored wires.

Typical application examples for our hardfacing materials are the coating of mining tools, the hardfacing of excavator teeth, the hardfacing of fan blades, the hardfacing of bucket chain excavators and sinter crusher stars.
VAUTID and UP Plate composite wear plates
VAUTID and UP Plate composite wear plates are mainly used where wear protection is required as a self-supporting construction on larger surfaces without a load-bearing substructure. They guarantee maximum operational reliability even under high mechanical loads, e.g. for screens, bunker linings, vibro-conveyors, fan wheels, housings, mixers, cyclones and separators.
VAUTID cast products
The advantages:
VAUTID cast components are the most economical wear protection measure for larger series. Depending on the area of application, the cast products can be made from a wide range of materials in weights from 2 kg to 30.000 kg: in sand casting, in ceramic or croning models as well as in the lost foam process. Models and computer simulations as well as extensive analyses ensure the optimum quality of each component. In addition, VAUTID cast products can be machined directly in the factory to any desired precision.

VAUTID cast products are the high-quality wear protection for a wide range of industries with mechanical process technologies such as crushing, mixing, conveying, storing, agglomerating and separating due to the high level of rationalization in production and the strict VAUTID quality controls.
One of VAUTID´s specialties is composite cast parts
This technology combines different casting materials in one workpiece. The melts are poured into different areas of the mold one after the other and solidify together. A reliable material bond is created between the casting zones. This ensures that the different regional material requirements of a casting are met without compromise.

Our service includes the design, implementation and testing of repair and build-up welding. On request, we can also test the effectiveness of your components, taking into account individual requirements, the area of application and the component geometry. This enables neutral testing as well as the economically and technically optimal balanced design of your assemblies and system components.

Through detailed planning and further processing of cast parts by mechanical machining centers, we at VAUTID and UP are able to withstand connections between the high-precision installation positions on the one hand and the machining influences on the other, such as abrasion, impacts or the effects of heat, at all times. In component production, we combine the durability of our parts with the precision requirements of our customers.
