-The special design of our R304 grade stainless steel rivets minimizes wear and ensures long-lasting durability.
-Heat-treated hardened bushings reduce wear – Lubricated hinges provide ease of use and wear resistance.
-The polyurethane oil-resistant ergonomic handle is impact-resistant and flexible for easy handling. It softens at 80°C and melts at 180°C. For high-temperature applications, we recommend metal handles.
-The silicone clamping section can be used in temperatures ranging from -60°C to 200°C. It can withstand peaks up to 250°C. It is flexible and highly resistant to air pressure and ozone. However, it is not suitable for applications that require strong mechanical properties. For such cases, we recommend using metal clamping components.
-The modular series can handle the toughest jobs for extended periods without issues, thanks to forged steel arms, hardened bushings, and ground pins.
-Our pneumatic swing clamps are equipped with dust protection to extend their service life. Our special design ensures high accuracy in repeated cycles.
