- CNC gantry system with 3D control for cutting and beveling of metal sheets using gas, plasma or laser with possibility to extend with equipment for processing of pipes and tubes. Innovative bevel head design, in combination with advanced CAD/CAM software package, enable a broader range of cutting operations, than traditionally possible on similar gantry systems - e.g. 5-sided 3D cutting of fixed parts.
- Robotized Coping lines for automated profile cutting and coping, using gas, plasma or laser , with automatic profile feed-in and feed-out. The core of the system is our patented product - a Cartesian robot with unique kinematics, capable of 4-sided cutting of any contour on a closed or open profile type with only one start.
- Welding robots with Cartesian design – 5- and 6-axis configurations, additionally equipped with 1-axis or 2-axis positioners for workpiece manipulation for welding, using MIG, Tandem MIG, TIG, Plasma or Laser processes. Very suitable for bulky parts with rectangular or cuboid shape, parts with repeating patterns of welds, parts with long seams. Integrated system for laser-optical real-time seam tracking increases the practical usability of the robot in long seam applications. Unique offline programing functionality speeds up considerably the programming process, making possible the programming of complex parts with multiple operations, testing and simulation of the program, programming of seam or part search instructions on a PC – all of which lead to an innovative solution for a 100% offline generated program for robotic welding.
