ARCentre Mini

ARCentre Mini

The ARCentre Mini systems provide small and medium-sized companies an easy and affordable entry into automated production. Reliably high and consistent quality as well as fast programming are important for the production of welding components with a welding robot. Repetitive tasks can easily be handed over to a robot. At the same time, the company's workers can be used to carry out more demanding tasks.

ARCentre Mini systems are available as a ready-to-weld plug & weld system that starts up without any further installation work. The system series is suited for beginners and professionals alike. Whether you need one or two workstations, weld smaller or larger components - ARCentre Mini systems can be individually customized so that you can choose the concept that suits your welding task. For your system's equipment, you can pick between different power sources and processes from Fronius. Thanks to their compact design, the systems take up very little space. They can be transported by forklift, so that the welding cells can be moved anywhere within your production without having to reprogram the robot.

ARCentre Basic Mercury

ARCentre Basic Mercury

ARCentre Basic Mercury systems have one workstation. They are provided with a fix table, which is suitable for larger components as well as for several smaller components.

The hole system allows device slots to be placed with repeatable accuracy. The large table also makes it possible to weld the various stages of an assembly one after the other. Two angled sliding doors allow the table to be conveniently loaded and unloaded from above by a crane.

  • Dimensions of installation surface (l × w × h): 3,150 × 2,000 × 2,400 mm
  • Weight: 1,900 kg
  • Max. component dimensions: 1,350 × 700 × 500 mm
  • Max. component weight: ca. 200 kg

ARCentre Basic Apollo

ARCentre Basic Apollo

In order to be able to weld on different component sides without re-clamping, ARCentre Basic Apollo systems are equipped with a turn-tilt positioner. Its axes are integrated into the control system as full robot axes and enable synchronized welding positioning of the component.

The hole system of the octagonal hole plate allows device slots to be placed with repeatable accuracy. For loading and unloading, the positioner can be swivelled into the ideal position and, thanks to angled sliding doors, a crane can be used.

  • Dimensions of installation surface (l × w × h): 3,150 × 2,000 × 2,400 mm
  • Weight: 2,300 kg
  • Max. component dimensions: ø 1,000 × 400 mm
  • Max. component weight: approx. 300 kg
  • Table swivel: +/- 135
  • Table rotation: +/- 360

ARCentre Basic Gemini

ARCentre Basic Gemini

ARCentre Basic Gemini systems have two work tables that are pushed by hand in an alternating sequence into the robot's work area. This allows the robot to weld on one work table while the other work table is being un- and reloaded.

The main plates can be removed from the frame so that they can be stored with a specific device. Then, when a component is changed, only the baseplate with the corresponding device needs to be exchanged. Own baseplates with workpiece fixtures or hole plates of well-known manufacturers can be inserted with stops and clamps in order to position the workpieces again at the same position with pinpoint accuracy. There is no need to re-set up the robot, as the position of the component in the device has not changed.

  • Dimensions of installation surface (l × w × h): 3,800 × 2,000 × 2,400 mm
  • Weight: 2,000 kg
  • Max. component dimensions: 700 × 550 × 450 mm
  • Max. component weight: ca. 100 kg

ARCentre Basic Ares

ARCentre Basic Ares

The ARCentre Basic Ares system was developed for processing larger components in a two-station operation. In this system concept, a manual rotary table is available, which provides two working areas thanks to a centrally positioned partition wall that also acts as an anti-dazzle device. A compressed air impulse is optionally available for this system, simplifying the manual turning process for the worker.

The hole system allows device slots to be placed with repeatable accuracy. Components up to 1,500 mm in length can be placed on the table in the preparation area outside by a crane while the robot is working in the welding cell.

  • Dimensions of installation surface (l × w × h): 3,900 × 2,000 × 2,400 mm
  • Weight: 2,400 kg
  • Max. component dimensions: 1,500 × 700 × 500 mm
  • Max. component weight: approx. 200 kg

ARCentre Pro

ARCentre Pro

The machines of the ARCentre Pro series are our most popular machines and offer diverse and highly productive manufacturing possibilities. The main feature of this series is the system construction on a stackable platform. This allows the system to be easily moved within the factory or between different locations without having to be reprogrammed, as the position between the robot and the positioner does not change.

Different and combinable positioners allow optimal access to workpieces. It is also possible to use several robots in one system.

ARCentre Xpert

ARCentre Xpert

The ARCentre Xpert series systems offer solutions for workpieces that require the highest standards of robots and positioners. The main characteristic of this series is that this system is usually installed in a fixed position due to the components used, such as a raceway.

There are almost no limits to all possible combinations between positioner and robot so that every weld seam can be reached in the best possible position. Of course, several robots can also be built into these systems.

Company profile

ERL GmbH Schweissen + Schneiden develops and manufactures its own welding robot systems for a wide variety of purposes - whether small systems for a simple entry into welding automation or complex production systems that place the highest demands on robots and positioners.

In addition, the system specialist supplies its customers with all items required for welding. The range includes welding technology, filler materials, extraction systems, occupational safety and accessories. There are also numerous services such as maintenance, repair and service, an in-house technology center for process optimization and training.
