Our Standard and Large Diameter Gas Saver™ kits have been a staple innovation for many years. Prefered for use on alloys such as Titanium and Inconel these kits provide a columnar flow pattern that covers your weld much more consistantly than a standard gas lens. The pyrex cup also provides fantastic visibility and extended tungsten stick-out on our large diamter kits for those extra hard to reach welds. 

Our wedge collet is a proprietary design that lasts 10 times longer than a standard split collet. Made from brass instead of copper, and featuring a tapered tip design, the wedge collet doesn't twist or deform over time. The increased surface contact area between the tungsten and the collet body allows for improved arc starts and stability. 

The Micro Torch is the smallest TIG torch manufactured by CK Worldwide. With 3 different angled heads this torch is very versatile and can be used in many tightly-spaced applications. It can be purchased in either a 70 amperage gas cooled style or a 140 amperage water cooled style. These torches also feature a pyrex cup for high weld visibility.
